Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are FINAL sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you must cancel your order for any reason please email velvetsunshineco@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

What if I put in the wrong address?

If you realize any errors on your order, please email velvetsunshineco@gmail.com ASAP. If the order hasn't been shipped, we will do our best to make the correction. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be corrected in time so please make sure to input the correct info!

 

What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. insufficient info), we will happily resend it if you are willing to pay for the new shipping label.
